Beautiful Table But Needs Sealing

The mid-century marble-like top and black base are beautiful. Be aware the top is not authentic marble, but is manufactured (very common). The top does need to be sealed to prevent stains. I tried to remove an oil stain using a baking soda paste; some came out, but there is still a large spot. Fortunately it is not too noticeable. I used GelGloss to seal the top, which will need to be done routinely.
